Kaplan IT Learning monitors project feedback and individual performance of staff and consultants as part of a continuing drive for excellence.
Kaplan IT Learning provides three levels of consultants according to the needs of the assignment: Project Manager, Senior Training Consultant and Training Consultant.

As part of our selection process, we seek rounded individuals with highly developed communications and consulting skills and a passion for training. Technical skills alone are not enough. STT's consultant training and certification process addresses both "soft" consulting and behavioral skills associated with an effective consulting methodology, as well as the detailed technical skills required with STT Trainer and associated software.
Consultants need a minimum of three years relevant IT Training development and documentation development experience. Consultants are typically already familiar with STT Trainer from prior assignments, but are also familiar with a variety of other training and documentation tools prevalent in the market.
